Purchase Policy
Tin Dat Glass follows a professional and systematic service process, from receiving customer inquiries and conducting on-site surveys and measurements by our engineers to preparing technical drawings, estimating material quantities, manufacturing, and delivering complete turnkey installation solutions.
1. Scope of Application
This Purchase Policy applies to all individual customers, property owners, project developers, and construction contractors purchasing custom aluminum and glass products or entering into contracts for the supply and installation of Xingfa aluminum door systems, tempered glass, glass shower enclosures, glass railings, glass canopies, and premium aluminum alloy kitchen cabinets provided by Tin Dat Glass.
All transactions shall be governed by a formal construction contract or an official quotation duly confirmed and signed by authorized representatives of Tin Dat Glass and the customer.
2. Five-Step Turnkey Ordering Process
Tin Dat Glass operates a comprehensive service process from initial consultation to final project handover, ensuring outstanding aesthetics, precision, and long-term durability.
Step 1 – Consultation & Preliminary Assessment
We collect project information, identify the building type (villa, townhouse, office, commercial building, etc.), and arrange an on-site measurement appointment.
Step 2 – Site Measurement & Technical Design
Our engineers visit the project site with professional laser measuring equipment to record structural dimensions, verify finished floor levels, recommend the most suitable door opening configuration, and prepare detailed technical drawings.
Step 3 – Quotation & Material Selection
A detailed quotation is prepared based on verified site measurements. Customers receive professional recommendations on aluminum systems (including Imported Xingfa Guangdong Aluminum, Slim Aluminum Systems, and other available profiles), powder-coated finishes, glass specifications, and hardware brands that best suit their project requirements and budget.
Step 4 – Contract Confirmation
Both parties finalize the approved shop drawings, bill of quantities, construction schedule, payment terms, deposit requirements, and execute the official construction agreement.
Step 5 – Manufacturing & Installation
Products are fabricated using modern production equipment at Tin Dat Glass's manufacturing facility. Upon completion, materials are transported to the project site for frame installation, glass installation, structural silicone sealing, comprehensive quality inspection, and final project handover.
3. Technical Drawing Approval Prior to Production
Because every aluminum and glass product is custom-manufactured according to the specific dimensions of each project, production will commence only after the customer or the project supervisor has approved and signed the final technical drawings.
The approved drawings include, but are not limited to:
- Exact width and height dimensions of each opening.
- Door configuration, including inward-opening, outward-opening, sliding, or multi-panel folding systems.
- Glass specifications, including tempered glass thickness (8 mm, 10 mm, 12 mm), glass color (clear, tinted, frosted), or insulated glass units.
- Hardware specifications and locking systems, including handles, multi-point locking mechanisms, hinges, and approved hardware brands such as Kinlong, Bogo, Sigico, or equivalent.
4. Commitment to Material Quality
Tin Dat Glass places the highest priority on product quality and corporate reputation. We are committed to supplying only materials that fully comply with the specifications agreed upon in the contract.
Our commitment includes:
- Genuine imported Xingfa Guangdong aluminum profiles with complete Certificates of Origin (CO) and Certificates of Quality (CQ), or internationally certified Slim Aluminum and Anodized Aluminum systems.
- Tempered glass manufactured in accordance with Vietnamese quality standards using premium float glass processed by reputable tempering facilities.
- One hundred percent genuine hardware components. Counterfeit, imitation, or substandard accessories are strictly prohibited.
- Professional-grade structural silicone sealants, including trusted brands such as Dow Corning and Apollo, offering superior elasticity, UV resistance, and long-term waterproof performance.
5. Construction Schedule and Project Handover
The construction schedule shall be clearly specified in the contract based on the project size and complexity. Under normal circumstances, installation is completed within 7 to 20 days after contract signing and approval of the production drawings.
Prior to delivery, Tin Dat Glass will notify the customer of the installation schedule so that the project site can be properly prepared, including adequate workspace and a stable power supply for installation equipment.
If severe weather conditions, such as heavy rain or storms, may compromise installation safety or the quality of exterior silicone sealing, the installation schedule may be adjusted to ensure the highest workmanship and long-term performance.
6. Project Inspection and Warranty Policy
Upon completion of the installation, Tin Dat Glass and the customer will jointly conduct a final inspection based on our established quality standards.
Inspection items include:
- Smooth and effortless operation of all doors and windows without abnormal noise, friction, or sash sagging.
- Proper functioning of multi-point locking systems, secure handles, and firmly installed hardware.
- Aluminum profiles with flawless powder-coated finishes free from scratches or damage, and tempered glass panels that are clean, undamaged, and free from cracks or defects.
- Uniform, neat, and aesthetically finished silicone joints between the aluminum frames and surrounding walls.
Warranty Policy
Tin Dat Glass provides comprehensive warranty coverage, including:
- Five (5) years warranty on the powder-coated finish of genuine imported Xingfa aluminum profiles.
- One (1) to two (2) years warranty on genuine hardware components against manufacturing defects, with replacement provided where applicable in accordance with the warranty terms.
