- Product Requirements: Preferred aluminum systems (such as Xingfa Guangdong Aluminum, Anodized Aluminum, Slim Aluminum Systems), glass specifications (Tempered Glass, Laminated Safety Glass, Insulated Glass Units), aluminum color, and preferred hardware brands.
- Technical Consultation Records: Consultation history, installation proposals, and agreed design revisions between both parties.
2. Purpose of Using Project Information
All information provided by customers is treated as strictly confidential and is used solely for internal business operations directly related to the execution of the project.
The information is used to:
- Schedule on-site inspections conducted by our engineers to verify measurements, wall conditions, and opening dimensions.
- Prepare detailed 2D/3D technical drawings, material take-offs, and accurate project quotations.
- Manufacture aluminum and glass products according to verified site dimensions.
- Arrange product delivery and deploy qualified installation teams to complete the project according to the agreed schedule.
- Maintain project records for warranty services, including aluminum profile warranty, hardware maintenance, hinge adjustments, lock servicing, and waterproof silicone inspections.
3. Protection and Storage of Technical Documentation
Technical documentation for each project—including shop drawings, door and window dimensions, panel layouts, structural configurations, and hardware specifications—is regarded as confidential property belonging to both the customer and Tin Dat Glass.
