Payment Policy
Tin Dat Glass offers a flexible three-stage payment process aligned with the actual construction progress of each project. Our Payment Policy also includes secure transaction guidelines designed to protect our customers' financial interests and ensure transparency, reliability, and confidence throughout every stage of the project.
1. Scope of Application
This Payment Policy governs the accepted payment methods, progress payment schedule, and transaction security guidelines applicable to all turnkey aluminum and glass construction contracts as well as orders for individual products supplied by Tin Dat Glass.
The detailed payment terms, including payment percentages for each installment and the official beneficiary bank account, shall be specified in the Construction Contract signed by both parties. In the event of any inconsistency, the signed Construction Contract shall prevail.
2. Three-Stage Payment Schedule
To ensure efficient material procurement, production planning, and timely project execution, Tin Dat Glass adopts a flexible three-stage payment schedule based on the actual construction progress.
Stage 1 – Production Deposit (40%–50% of the Contract Value)
The initial deposit is payable immediately after both parties sign the Construction Contract and the customer approves the final production drawings.
This payment is used to procure the specified Xingfa aluminum profiles, order custom-manufactured tempered glass panels, and purchase genuine hardware and accessories required for production.
Stage 2 – Delivery Progress Payment (30%–40% of the Contract Value)
The second payment becomes due when all aluminum frames, door panels, tempered glass, and installation accessories have been delivered safely to the project site and are ready for installation.
Stage 3 – Final Payment
The remaining contract balance shall be settled within three (3) to five (5) days after the installation has been completed, structural silicone sealing has been finished, the work area has been cleaned, and both parties have signed the Project Completion and Acceptance Report.
3. Accepted Payment Methods
For the convenience and financial security of our customers, Tin Dat Glass accepts the following payment methods:
Bank Transfer (Recommended)
Customers are encouraged to transfer payments directly to the official bank account of Tin Dat Glass. The official account details are provided in the Construction Contract or the company-issued quotation.
Cash Payment
Cash payments may be made at the project site or at our office. An official payment receipt bearing the authorized signature and company seal will be issued for every cash transaction.
4. Bank Transfer Reference and Transaction Security
When making a bank transfer, customers are requested to include the following payment reference to facilitate accurate payment verification and avoid delays in production.
Recommended Transfer Reference Format:
[Customer Name] – [Phone Number] – [Project Address or Contract Number] – [Payment Stage]
Important Notice
For your financial security, please transfer funds only to the official bank account designated by Tin Dat Glass in writing or in the signed Construction Contract.
Customers should never transfer payments to any unauthorized personal bank account. If you have any concerns regarding payment instructions, please contact our customer service or technical support team for verification before completing the transaction.
5. VAT Invoice
Tin Dat Glass provides official Value-Added Tax (VAT) electronic invoices for customers requiring invoices for business accounting, corporate reimbursement, or public investment projects.
Customers are requested to provide complete invoicing information—including the company name, tax identification number, and registered business address—at the time of signing the Construction Contract.
VAT will be calculated in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Vietnam based on the final contract value.
6. Adjustment of Final Settlement Amount
Upon completion of the installation, the final project quantity will be jointly measured and verified by representatives of both parties.
The final payment amount shall be determined according to the actual measured installation area (square meters) accepted during project completion rather than preliminary dimensions shown on conceptual drawings.
If the actual construction conditions require changes that result in an increase or decrease in project quantities, Tin Dat Glass will prepare a contract amendment reflecting the revised quantities and corresponding financial adjustment before the project is officially handed over and the warranty period begins.
